QUARANTINE

At first it was great
To be able to rest, to wake up late
If you look at the silver lining
You’ll surely end up smiling

Mother nature heals,
Refreshing air you can feel
More family time, more bonding
And more more Netflix & Chill

With this Pandemic,
You do your best not to get sick
Staying home, abide with the rules
Social Distance, dont lose your cool

Do not complain, Others are in pain
The needy lacks of food, Frontliners are weary
They needed a break, but left with no choice,
Covid patients suffer, with prayers, raise your voice.

During this time too, take care of your mental state
You might feel boredom, you need to contemplate
This means more self time, so think straight
Or else, you’ll be stress-eating, you might gain weight.
